Facial cleanser/scrub for blackheads and whiteheads?

When I use cetaphil, my whitheads go away but my blackheads rage. When I
use Neutrogena blackhead scrub, the exact opposite happens.

I've tried using them both, but it's too harsh on my skin.

Can anyone recommend a scrub (or just a regular cleanser?) that can do a
good job on both of these types of blemishes? Thanks.

I'm using a rhassoul soap that works great. If your tap water doesn't
accomodate bar soaps, you can try using a rhassoul mask.

Also, you could use cetaphil in conjunction with an AHA or a BHA.
(either daily or as peels).
