Facial Warts advice needed!

Hi

I have been diagnosed with facial warts and these are on my chin, neck,
lip area of my face and this is having an impact on my appearance and
making shaving impossible. My Dermatologist has recommended that I grow
a beard and wait a year as the underlying virus may disappear if the
skin is not disturbed with the process of shaving.

Can anyone recommend any homeopathic, alternative medicines, off the
shelf treatments that are available in the UK? Any help, advice would
be very much appreciated as I feel completely lost and at the mercy of
the Dermatologist.
