It can be an effective medication but those people who don't have Carica Papaya won't be able to prepare that natural medication. Everyone has his own experience. I know an effective medication called http://www.drugdelivery.ca/s33962-s-CLOBETASOL.aspx (clobetasol) which is used to treat both eczema and psoriasis. It has been proved to highly effective.
