Hi all.

Need help...Does anyone know if there is a proven anti-blemish treatment out
there? I have several spots caused by facial ingrowns and pickings (which I
regret!) and I'm desperate to find a way to heal these discoloured
patches...BTW I'm Male, 39, olive col. skin so the blemishes show up even
darker!

I have heard about the following being useful:
Aloe Vera Gel
Rose Hip Oil
Vitamin E Cream
Tea Tree Oil
however none has helped in significantly reducing the blemishes..

Are any of the products on the web worth getting? i.e. Bye Bye Blemish,
Blemish Be Gone...etc?

Would appreciate all comments and "cures" to control this "plague".

Thanks!

Tekke

I found that about 6 months after I added MSM (1000 mg /day) to my
vitamin C and E dietary supplements, many of my old scars started to
disappear. After a year, some were almost unfindable. Even a stiff,
damaged knuckle joint has improved to the point that I have to
remember the accident, to figure out which finger it was. Perhaps
this combination will help you. But it happens so slowly that you may
need to take pictures now, to see the gradual changes.
