Cone bump forehead

I have a cone like pimple on my forehead about a quater of an inch
sticking out with a tiny blister on the tip. I try squizzing but
nothing came out just blood then I went to the Dermatologist he could
not tell what it was since I try squizzing the area. He send for a
biopsy but nothing yet. After he cut a small sample of the area now it
looks more like a flat reddish lump. Has anyone had something similar?
What could this be. He mention that it could be a virus.
