Post subject: Clearlight treatment update
Archived from groups: alt>skincare>acne (more info?)

I am 75% done with my Clearlight course (I've had 6 of the 8
treatments already). I was supposed to have my 7th treatment
yesterday, but my derm's $60,000 Clearlight machine failed to boot up
-- maybe it's running a version of Windows XP without the latest
security patches Wink.

Anyway, I haven't noticed any amazing difference so far. I went into
this with persistent mild to moderate adult acne, and more than 3
weeks later I still have persistent mild to moderate acne. But the
course isn't over, although it might be delayed for a while while my
derm waits for the Clearlight machine to get fixed (earliest would be
the 26th). I suppose the extra long interval between treatments might
have an impact on the effectiveness of the course. We'll see.
