Blackheads surfacing on nose - 2 weeks into accutane - wha..

Hey just wondering - for those who took accutane and notice the black
specks on the nose slowly surfacing, was there anything you did to
them? Or did you just leave them alone?

I dont want to be pressing my nose so those little strings of pus come
out or anything .. and I dont know if they are blackheads or enlarged
pores, but they seem to be coming to the surface.

This also happened to my son when he was taking Accutane. After a
couple of months on the medicine, his nose started looking like a
porcupine with the dried out blackheads sticking out. He just used
one of those Biore blackhead strips to remove the blackheads.
