I have found that my scars will fade over time. The healthier my skin is,
the faster they fade. I've not had any success in getting rid of the pits
in my skin, though. You can give your skin the building blocks it needs by
drinking water and eating healthy foods such as raw fruits and raw veggies.
Cut out the foods that are bad for you and your body will heal even quicker.
If you smoke, then stop.
