Hi all,

A thought occurred to me this morning when I woke up and saw a whole
new bunch of popups on my face. Is there any natural or synthetic
product that contains live culture of bacteria which can combat acne?
For example, I know yoghurt contains l. acidophillus live. Put it on
acne causing p. acnes, and they fight! Just a thought, maybe I am just
crazy! God, someone help! Nothing works for me, I am thirty-something
and I am home on mother's day because I am too embarassed to go out.

Thanks for hearing out.

Love to all,
Sapn
