Blackheads in ear - For a while now I've had in the inside of my ear. Right next to the opening, pretty visible. They have been there for months, and they aren't going away on their own. Any idea on how to get rid of them manually? I tried some creams and stuff..

That's pretty much all I have nowadays, but they're annoying as hell. Would
taking B5 stop them from developing? Thanks.

I'm a huge fan of B5, but I think in this case retin-a or glycolic acid
might work better.
