I have tried everything for a couple years now and I found something
that is working for me. I take 8 grams of B5 a day. I spread it out
during the day taking about 2 grams every few hours. I also use Pro
Active Solution twice a day. WalMart has a generic brand called Pro
Acne Solution at about half the cost of Pro Active. This combo of B5
and Proactive really made the difference for me! I eat and drink what
I want. The low carb diet really did nothing for me. I hear a lot
about low or no carbs but it never worked for me. I eat ice cream,
pasta, breads and everything in between and it has no affect on my
skin. I was on a very low carb diet for about 3 months. I lost weight
but my skin was still breaking out. I'm back to eating what I want! As
long as I take the B5 and use Proactive my skin stays pretty clear.
