I picked up some Aveeno -Positively Smooth Moisturizing Lotion from
the drug store the other day. I usually use Aveeno's daily
moisturizing lotion, and the texture of this was almost the same, fast
absorbing, and indeed left my skin soft, but smooth?
Its claim is that the added ingredient, soy, will somehow allow me to
shave less often. I am afraid I really don't understand how. Will this
really work?
I can't see soy stopping hair growth, it that were true there wouldn't
be so many tree-hugging vegans with hairy legs. ;P Could a daily
application of soy really soften the hair follicle on my legs so much
that hair growth becomes less noticible? Or will my pantyhose just not
catch on my legs anymore? Or have I just bought into another
stereotyped gimmick?
