There was a zit that I had to pop and now it's taking forever to heal. The
skin gets dry and flakes off and the process restarts itself. I've tried
neosporin, but can anyone recommend a cream (or supplement) to help with
this? (PS- I already take 2g b5 a day).

You'll get scars, you may already have them.

Don't pop zits! Use a treatment which clears away pimples before they have a chance to become nasty and ugly. Thermal treatment is highly recommended to those who often get pimples on their face.

One of the most effective thermal treatments is provided by Zeno which has been used by many people and they have given positive feedback on its effectiveness and safety.
