Can anyone tell me from experience the effects of alcohol and facial skin,
namely around eyes?

it strips the natural acid mantle from skin. please don't use alcohol
around your eyes. oops, maybe you aren't asking about isopropyl
alcohol?perhaps liquor? it dehydrates the skin, breaks down collagen,
causes damage to the blood vessels at the surface level (big red nose
anyone?)
drink alot of water to counteract the attack. good luck!

Might be a good idea to eschew alcohol consumption completely if you
are serious about delaying skin aging.
