Hello,

I would like to get some advice on treatment for my acne.

First a little about me and my acne:

I am 20 years old.
I have severe acne problems on the upper back area (under the neck) and
shoulder area.
I also have pimples on my face, although not too severe, but they come
and go. They usually spawn on my chin, nose, forehead, upper cheeks,
and ears.

I havent tried many treatments in the past, but most of them have been
benzoyl peroxide related. I must say the benzoyl peroxide products
seem to work well, although it only helps the problem, doesn't get rid
of it, which I think will be quite impossible.

First of all, I would like to know what benzoyl peroxide products are
good for covering large areas such as my back. I can't seem to find a
product with a large amount of volum3. I'm rather interested in a
spray, but googling doesnt seem to offer many results in terms of brand
and volume. And the sprays I've seen seem quite small and wouldn't last
too long. Also any recommendations of face treatments would also be
helpful. I would preferably like to treat the pimples, and have
something to prevent further pimples. Preferably I would like the
strongest/powerful of both body and face treatments, as my skin isn't
easily irritated by skin products. I do not go for the usual brands
such as clearasil because they seem extremely weak, and don't offer
much quantity.

Also during my previous treatments, I used to put benzoyl peroxide
applications up to 3 times a day. I've read on some sites that
infrequent applications may actually be better fpr tje slom amd jea;omg
[rpcess. I am curious as to know if this is true or not.

Also I have extreme nutritional deficiencies. I basically eat one meal
a day (no I dont diet, and usually it's quite enough to fill me up).
I'm looking at getting zinc, vitamin a/c/e tablets. If possible I would
like large does and quantities. If anyone knows of any brands that can
provide this (on-the-cheap), please let me know. I have a good feeling
if I take vitamins and such, it should help prevent further acne,
although this is just a hunch.

I am very uneducated about acne and the possible treatments so please
bare with me. I do not usually have time to research, and usually buy
my products online, so it's a lot harder to find brands and consult
people. Therefore I would appreciate your expertise and advice on my
acne problems. It would be much appreciated.

Hi

If you have very severe acne, I would suggest that you seek consultation
from a dermatologist. Where he/she could prescribe you with an oral
medication together with some creams/gels to apply on the affected area.

You can check with them on Isotretinoin (Accutane).

I had a good luck with NUCream acne cream for my face as well as back acne.
IT is natural, yet very effective, it has 9% of sulfur that kil acne
bacteria. This product can be found on ebay as well on their site
(www.nucream.com) Also. I want to recommend you not to take too much strong
oral medicine (antibiotics), they created alot of problems for me.
