You can first improve your diet to help your body have the nutrients
it needs to do repair work, effectively. Besides just eating protein
and fresh fruit and vegetables, you might add a bit of vitamin C and
1000 mg or so a day of MSM (an organic sulfur source that appears to
be important in protein synthesis and utilization) but is deficient in
the modern diet (it is destroyed by cooking). It works slowly but
cumulatively. Since I started taking it a couple years ago, all my
old childhood scars have improved, visibly, and new injuries don't
hardly form scar tissue, at all. It also makes your hair and nails
grow faster and stronger.
