Hi Nikki,
Unfortunately, you and your sister both fall into a category of people that
just flat out cannot tolerate citrus. This problem is actually more common
that you would think. My sister and I both have to completely avoid foods
and beverages that contain citrus for the exact same reason as you. Also, my
wife will breakout with acne blemishes if she even looks at a grapefruit.

For us it is 'no citrus--no acne'.
We have yet to find anything that can combat this problem, and we all LOVE
citrus fruits.
