Accutane Question

How long does is roughly take when you first start taking accutane to notice
a difference. Does it also even out red blotches on the skin?

It took around 12 weeks for me to see a difference, but it occurred almost
overnight. I just woke up one day and my skin was significantly clearer. It
smoothed out my skin tone as well.
