Quick question...

I have already posted that my derm has put me on 60 mg of Accutane for
treatment of my mild adult acne that hasn't responded to other
treatments.

But I also have mild rosacea on my nose that has faded. I mentioned
this to the same new doctor and he added in passing "Accutane is also
used in the treatment of roscaea so you may experience those benefits
also" but the subject got changed and he never expanded on that.

I just get redness, not pimples from my rosacea. Can anyone else what
he may have meant? Sure, I could call and try and get him on the
phone, but I was curious as to how redness of rosacea is helped by
accutane?

Yes, it is used as a treatment for rosacea. I'm going to assume it will
help with the redness.
