The back doesn't have ingredient labelling??
Somewhere on the bottle, it should say what is inside it. I can't say
for certain that Europe requires that, but I can't believe they don't
have to list the amount of vitamin in it.
> It just say then the numerb of pills inside: 100

So the b5 100 weighs 35g? If there are 100 pills, that amounts to 0.350g
of something per pill. If the b5 250 weights 54g for a bottle of 100
tabs, then each tablet weighs 0.510 grams. (reverse those if the b 5 250
is the one that weighs 35, obviously)
Therefore, if this is true (big "if"), then
B5 100 pill contains 350mg of "stuff".
B5 250 contains 510mg of stuff.
It *could be* therefore that the b5 100 *does* contain 100mg of B5 and
250mg of junk filler.
And the b5 250 contains 250mg of b5 and 260mg of junk filler.
That is the math, anyway.
And very possible.
But usually when I've seen a B-250, it's for a combo of all the
b-vitamins. So that's why it's important to see the ingredients listed.
I would call the store and see if they can tell you what's in it. It's
making too many leaps and guesses, for me to feel safe saying the above
is for sure what is in the stuff you bought.

Pricing often is like that, only a couple dollars more for 3-4 times the
strength.

They make 1000mg (1gm) pills. Or you can buy the powder. But don't buy
any more generic labelled bottles, make sure the ingredients are listed.

If you are taking 20000 times the rdi, you need to research the
interactions and side effects and requirements, imo. It doesn't serve to
give half an answer and you not educate yourself fully about the
medication. Why do you think you need zinc? You need to be taking a
multi with ALL the other b's.
